New Staff MembersMrs. Jennifer Tepsa
Hi. my name is Jennifer Tepsa and I am a new playground/ lunch supervisor. I have also been driving for Lamers for 15 years, 3 in Howard. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have 4 children. My boys are 23 and 16 and my two girls attend Meadowbrook and are 8 and 6. I have held various positions in the management and accounting fields while traveling and supporting my husband in the military. We have made Howard our final destination as of 7 years ago. In my spare time, I enjoy running in marathons and biking. I feel so blessed to be a part of these kids and your families lives. ********************************************* Mr. Jon Ford-Gustafson
My name is Jon Ford-Gustafson and I am a new playground/lunchroom supervisor. I wanted to be a paramedic but an injury in the Wisconsin National Guard stopped me short of my goal. I worked for the Green Bay Packers. I am an ambassador for Ronald McDonald House and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. I am married to my wife, Joanna, for 12 years and we have 2 sons who attend Meadowbrook. Anakin is in 3rd grade and Simon is in 1st grade. Now I am proud to help the students of Meadowbrook to be successful. ****************************************** Mr. Dan Quiram
I am excited to become a member of the Meadowbrook Bulldog pack this year. During the past 3 years I have been at Meadowbrook in many temporary roles and I look forward to be a full time contributing member of this talented staff we are all privileged to be involved with. I am the husband of Tami, who works at Humana, and the father of two college students. We are recent “empty nesters” and both Tami and I are actively coaching our college freshman and college senior children into becoming positive adults and respectable citizens. Rani, our college freshman, is at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, She is studying to become a commercial airline pilot. Freddy, our college senior, is at UW Madison working to finish Actuarial Science and Spanish degrees. Giving our kids a chance to learn, grow, and explore their interests, as young adults, is our latest family learning adventure. I received my teaching license in June of 2006 after graduating from UW Whitewater. I substitute taught for one year and then was hired as a third grade teacher where I taught for almost 3 years. Then our family moved to the Green Bay area due to a new job opportunity for my wife. During my 6 years in the Howard-Suamico area I have been substitute teaching, focusing on long-term assignments in the district. When I think about teaching 4th grade I see my role in learning is to be a coach, giving information and guidance to students as they take responsibility for learning and growing to be the best learner in 4th grade and beyond. I look forward to the upcoming school year and working will all of the great people who call Meadowbrook their learning home.
