My name is Lyzette Maroszek and I am excited to be the new Gifted and Talented Coordinator at Meadowbrook and Howard Elementary schools. I have a Bachelor’s degree in both Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay as well as an Education Degree from Concordia University. I went on to acquire my Masters in Curriculum and Development from Concordia University in 2012. Previously, I worked in the district at Forest Glen Elementary School in both the 3rd and 4th grades and then at Lineville Intermediate in 5th grade. I currently live in Suamico with my husband Brian and our three sons: Brayden, Brock and Brody. This past summer my family took an incredible trip to Yellowstone National Park and spent a great deal of time at our cabin in Lakewood, Wisconsin where I love to read, go boating, and fishing. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with the incredible Meadowbrook and Howard families and staff. You can reach me at: [email protected] or at 662-5098.
***************************************** HI! My name is Kristin Counihan and I am the new second grade teacher at Meadowbrook Elementary School. I graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in December 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Throughout the past year, I have done long-term substitute jobs at Meadowbrook Elementary School. I currently live in Ashwaubenon. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and spending time outside. I am very excited to continue working in the Howard-Suamico School District, and I look forward to working with families and staff at Meadowbrook Elementary! I can be reached at 662-5096 or by e-mail at [email protected].
******************************************** Hello, my name is Ann Kralapp. I am a lifelong resident of the Pulaski area. I retired in 2011 after 36 years educating children ages 3-8. I love teaching and am very excited to have my own Kindergarten classroom again, if only for this school year. As a professional I have completed two masters' degrees and received numerous awards for teaching excellence. I am a 1998 Golden Apple recipient, a Herb Kohl's fellowship recipient, and my kindergarten intergrated teaching team at Glenbrook elementary was awarded a $5000.00 teaching learning grant from uwgb. Personally I have been married for 26 years. My husband Karl is an artist, children's book author/illustrator and elementary art teacher. We have one son who is currently a student at Michigan Technological University studying computer Science. You can reach me at [email protected] or at 662-5016.
******************************************** I am Amy Miller. I will be a Special Education Aide for Meadowbrook in the morning and an Educational Interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the afternoon at Forest Glen. I have been working for Howard Suamico for the past 15 years as an Ed. Interpreter. I am also the head coach for Bay Ports cheer team. I am married and have two beautiful girls. I mostly enjoy spending time with my family, but enjoy reading and being in the garden. I look forward to being at Meadowbrook this year!
